The minimum requirements for a position as a clerk in our firm are a basic commercial training and very good German and English skills. As a service provider, we further expect from all our employees a friendly and confident appearance towards clients. Profound organizational skills and previous experiences in working with legal software are much welcomed, but not mandatory.

Your responsibilities
- Organisational and administrative support for the partners/lawyers (incl. appointment coordination and tracking of billable hour)
- Telephone and written contact with clients, authorities and courts
- Drafting documents and letters according to dictation
- File management and filing
- Reception activities, incoming mail and operation of the switchboard (temporarily)
Your profile
- Basic commercial training / education
- German and English proficiency
- Highly developed organisational skills
- Sound IT skills (MS Office including Excel and Power Point)
- Experience as a legal assistant is an advantage
- Previous knowledge of using legal software (Advokat) is desirable, but not essential
- Friendly and confident demeanor as well as a professional manner towards our clients
